We can support your team with HR and employment related issues that can include, but not limited to, disciplinary and grievances, performance management and capability, sickness absences or leaves, union relations, negotiations, conflict management, employment standards, employee relations

We can work with the school authority or staff to help create and shape a vision of academic and social success for all students. We can work to ensure the school has a climate and culture that is hospitable to education and student learning. We can work with your school leaders to ensure they are able to cultivate leadership in others around them. We can work with school staff to see where there can be improvements to instruction, facilitation and learning. We can also work with the school staff to ensure we have effective processes in place to address the needs of people, data, and the day to day operations of the school.

We can work with your team and school authorities, Ministries, to ensure that school policies are up to date and meet the requirements mandated. Policy implementation strategies and training will also be required and integrated to help support the school team.

We can work with school leadership to create an effective school administrator and teacher evaluation system that focuses on staff growth and constructive feedback for development. Evaluations can be done of school principals, school heads, and/or teachers.

We can partner with your team and deliver a one off or series of workshops tailored to your specific needs to a wide range of educational topics of interest, including, but not limited to, curriculum, assessment, planning, self-assessments, core-competencies, new BC curriculum, digital assessments tools, improving classroom-home communication, course previews, etc.

We can work with your team to create a plan to recruit the right people for your school positions, and then do the background work necessary to allow them to smoothly onboard with the school. We can also look at proactive measures to ensure teacher retention to ensure the school community remains in tact.

We will work with you to try and better understand how teachers are doing within the school and what we can do to help them feel more a part of the school community. We can act as a resource to advise school authorities on how to engage teachers and/or address concerns. Teachers are key to successful schools, and we can work with school authorities to ensure teachers feel they are a key part of the school community and its goals.

We will work with your team to review health and safety policies and procedures to ensure they meet authority standards, such as WorkSafe and Ministry of Education. We can further engage in health and safety audits to find areas that can be improved to help protect school staff and students.

We will work with you to review your compensation plans to see where we can strategically made adjustments to benefit the school authority and the school staff. We can work within your existing system, or create a brand new customized tailored grid system that helps the school and the people within it to grow.

We can work with your school team to understand the instructional models that are being utilized, and what we can do to ensure that curriculum and planning are a strength within the school to better foster student learning.

We can work with your team to understand the assessment practices that are at play within the school setting, and what approaches can be adapted or enhanced to further strengthen student learning.
